As part of a study by the "Center for Health" (ZfG) of the German Sport University Cologne, the school performance of athletes of different sports was examined. A total of 635 students took part in the study, in which those who exercise regularly had a grade point average that was 0.5 better.
"Sport makes good school grades!" could be a general conclusion. However, clear connections between the type of sport practiced and school performance could also be determined. In the ranking of the "smartest" sports, martial arts (kung fu) are at the very top, namely in 3rd place, compared to football in 13th place.
Regular exercise can lead to an increase in concentration and performance, which in turn results in "better" school performance. School skills are not only determined by diligence or intelligence, but also depend heavily on the influences of the social environment and the choice of the "right" sport.

If you have problems at school, tutoring shouldn't be the only thing on the agenda. Enroll your child in the "right" martial arts school. By developing special resources and strengths, the OMNIS Martial Arts Academy leads to learning success from which your child will also benefit at school.
