"The Sifu and the Academy."

Kayhan Gülmez Born on January 2nd, 1985, happily married and father of several families.
Career: Sifu Kayhan Gülmez successfully completed an apprenticeship in 2005. He has practiced martial arts himself since 1991 and achieved the Sifu title im
Kung-Fu, black belt 5th DAN in kickboxing, fitness trainer A license and nutritionist. For many years he was a member of the national squad, became German, European and world champion many times and then national coach of the WKC. He taught for several years in the CSKD Kung-Fu eV before he started teaching as a professional teacher in October 2013 and at the same time opened his own academy in Mannheim. Since then, the OMNIS Martial Arts Academy and the award-winning children's program have experienced enormous growth. In September 2017 he opened another location in Ludwigshafen, and in September 2019 the third academy in Oldenburg. and the fourth in Mannheim/Feudenheim The OMNIS Martial Arts Academy is currently one of the largest and most successful providers in Germany in the field of children's martial arts (children's self-defence).
Also special are the teachers and trainer qualifications, which go far beyond those of a kung fu teacher. Here is a small excerpt:

"Age-appropriate lessons!."

We provide a complete package including kung fu and self-defense techniques suitable for children. Our programs are structured and adapted to the needs of your children. In addition, the children learn safety rules for everyday life, important things about health and exemplary character.
Exercise that is not age-appropriate and inappropriate stress can quickly cause lifelong damage to health and posture, especially in children. We are aware of this responsibility! Therefore, our children's programs only contain exercises that are optimally tailored to the respective age and level of development.

Staff!."

Kindergarten and elementary school are important stages for both the mental and physical development of your children. Unfortunately, many sports offers and especially martial arts offers do not take this into account!
As well as?! Because most trainers work on a voluntary basis, which is quite commendable. However, normal trainer training does not teach anything about the development phases of children or special children's anatomy. Sport can also make you ill if you don't recognize harmful exercises. A broken down adult workout is wrong for any kid! In addition, a five-year-old child learns very differently and needs to be motivated differently than, for example, a nine-year-old child.
Teachers must therefore not only be trained in the basics of sports medicine, but also in the pedagogical basics. Teachers are also role models! For this reason, it is important what and how a teacher expresses himself, as well as his behavior towards the children.
Our multi-licensed teachers are specially trained for the different age groups and their needs! As full-time teachers, they have an enormous wealth of experience. For comparison: A trainer in the club usually teaches twice a week.
We teach six times a week, five children's courses a day. The adult courses are not included in this. With each of our kung fu lessons you usually have the following advantages:
