Our 30-day Super Kids starter program gives children from 3.5 to 12 years of age, together with their parents, the opportunity to get to know the private martial arts school, our pedagogically trained teachers and the value-oriented children's lessons.

BECOME A PART OF TEAM!

The Ninja Club is the third level of training for children in our martial arts academy. The Ninja Club level of training was specially developed for children aged 7 to 10 years. In addition to physical training, special emphasis is placed on safety and character training. In contrast to many clubs, the content of the martial arts program does not have the character of pure leisure activities.

Children need fun

When designing the training plan, we paid special attention to ensuring that fun is not neglected in addition to the traditional content. Children need validation and a sense of achievement in order to develop self-confidently. That is why we prepare the children specifically for the exam before each exam. The so-called exam preparation course often takes place a week before the actual exam and is also intended to reduce exam anxiety.

RULES AND STRUCTURES

Polite and respectful interaction is very important to us in the “Ninja Club” lessons. That's why there are clear rules and behaviors in class that the children feel very comfortable with. Values such as discipline, courtesy and respect are conveyed as a matter of course through the orderly course of the lesson. Bullying and exclusion have no place in Ninja Club classes. We strengthen our children's perception of injustice and give them the necessary strength to master unpleasant situations.

Strengthen self-confidence conviction

Each Ninja Club unit consists of challenging sparring sessions and a unique self-defense curriculum. All of this is focused on a generation of respected martial arts athletes standing up for themselves, their families and their beliefs.
We don't teach duels at this age. It's more about learning the different kicking techniques and punch combinations.


"I can only recommend the children's kung fu training. The children do sports, learn to be self-confident and at the same time to be considerate of their fellow human beings. Everyday topics such as "willingness to help, siblings, cleaning up, etc." are also discussed with the children and brought up to date in a way that is totally child-friendly.

The trainers are always in a good mood and motivate the kids to stay on the ball. Kayhan always comes up with great little things and always surprises us with his cool ideas. Outside of training, there are great children's parties and themed days on self-defence or bullying. All in all an amazing offer.
