Our 30-day Super Kids starter program gives children from 3.5 to 12 years of age, together with their parents, the opportunity to get to know the private martial arts school, our pedagogically trained teachers and the value-oriented children's lessons.

I CAN DO THIS!

The Lil Panda martial arts program for kids ages 4-6 is designed to instill that attitude in kids. The program was developed to teach children important rules of life and basic attitudes with a lot of joy and to train children in self-defence.

The primary goal of this system is to instill a “yes, I can do that” attitude in preschool and elementary school children.

Furthermore, the lessons are designed in such a way that the children experience simple, systematic progress and a quick sense of achievement.

Lil Panda teaches much more than just punches and kicks because it prepares children for life, kindergarten and school. That is why the concept is more geared towards training the basic motor skills for martial arts, instead of the traditional teaching method, which is too difficult to understand for this age group. A natural and easy learning system with the basics of martial arts is taught, which is more exciting and fun.

Important Skills

In addition, the concept includes a chapter on safety and life skills, so that not only the physical, but also the social, emotional and intellectual growth of the child is promoted. Characteristics that make our school so unique. Lil Panda is the key to your child's success, because through this learning system your child has set a goal and is regularly motivated to achieve it. Child self-defense begins with the character of the child. With the right attitude and the right amount of self-confidence, children in this age group can avoid conflict with their peers. However, a defense against adult "attackers" is completely unrealistic. By carefully alerting children to potential hazards, our students know how to act in an emergency and are more likely to avoid such situations.

"I can only recommend the children's kung fu training. The children do sports, learn to be self-confident and at the same time to be considerate of their fellow human beings. Everyday topics such as "willingness to help, siblings, cleaning up, etc." are also discussed with the children and brought up to date in a way that is totally child-friendly.

The trainers are always in a good mood and motivate the kids to stay on the ball. Kayhan always comes up with great little things and always surprises us with his cool ideas. Outside of training, there are great children's parties and themed days on self-defence or bullying. All in all an amazing offer. Children's self-defense and martial arts lessons have been successfully taught at the Omnis Martial Arts Academy since 2013. In age-appropriate small groups, our full-time martial arts teachers impart valuable content. Each lesson includes motor skills training, safety drills and conversations where we explore topics such as how to act in emergency situations, respect, self-awareness, what goals are and why we achieve more when we have them, as well as discipline and attention and focus.

Martial arts lessons not only promote the physical development of your child. We would like to support your child in developing into a positive and self-confident person. Our academy is not only a martial arts school, but also a school of life.
